Exercises for improved ankle balance and proprioception, part 2
In the second part of our two-part series, physical therapist Matthew Steurrys continues our showcase of exercises for improved ankle balance and proprioception.
Proprioception is your perception or awareness of your ankle’s position (although it can refer to awareness of any body part) during active movement. These exercises, designed for recovery and to strengthen your ankle after an injury, can be performed from the comfort of home or right at the office, making them convenient for those who may not be able to find time for the gym.
